The Coach Behind PowerUP

Alexander R. Chaparro, ACC, is an executive coach, leadership facilitator, business coach, speaker, and author of The Dreamer's Guide to Achieving in Uncertain Times. He is the founder of PowerUP Coaching Solutions, where he helps leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, and high performers build clarity, confidence, accountability, and practical execution systems for sustainable growth.

Before transitioning fully into coaching, Alex built a 33-year career in real estate leadership, sales performance, recruiting, training, and business growth. He has delivered more than 2,000 coaching sessions and client hours and brings a direct, practical, and deeply human approach to leadership development, career transition, ADHD-informed coaching, business growth, and personal reinvention.
